Registration
The registration includes entrance to the conference, lunch, coffee, and the social event on Thursday the 12th of January.
Participants will further have the option to participate in social event for an additional fee (see the bottom of the page for more info).
Prices
Early-bird (until 17. December)
Registration fee for winter school and conference together will be 1000 NOK (approximately 100 Euro) for all participants.
Registration fee for the conference will be 750 NOK (approximately 75 Euro) for all participants.
Registration after 17. December
Conference registration fee for students: 1000 NOK (1250 NOK incl. winter school)
Conference registration fee ordinary participants: 1250 NOK (1500 NOK incl. winter school)
Deadline for registration is 22.12.2022.
Accommodation
There is a limited number of hotel rooms available at a reduced price through the registration form (first come, first served).
Special prices for NLDL participants pr room pr night at Scandic Ishavshotel, Tromsø:
Single room (including breakfast): NOK 1.650,-

Discover Northern Lights at Fjellheisen 10 January 2023
The Cable Car runs from Solliveien in Tromsdalen up to the mountain ledge Storsteinen (421 m above sea level) in just four minutes. The two gondolas, known as "Seal" and "Polar bear", each have a capacity of 28 passengers. From the viewing platform at the upper station, you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Tromsø and the surrounding islands, mountains and fjords.
Experience the North-Norwegian winter with Aurora Borealis. (We hope!)

Pickup: UiT 18:30
Return: Drop off UiT and Scandic Ishavshotel
Included: Bus transfer (15 minute each way) and Cable car, coffee and cinnamon bun.

Conference dinner will be held at Scandic Ishavshotel in Tromsø City Centre.
