This page includes instructions for NLDL participants with accepted papers or abstracts.
Each individual presentation time slot during the oral sessions is 20 minutes – including questions from the audience:
Presentation: Max. 15 minutes
Questions and answers: Min. 5 minutes.
Thus, in order to leave adequate time for questions, your presentation must not exceed more than 15 minutes. As there are others who might be presenting after you, we kindly ask you to show consideration for the next presenter's and the audience's time.
The session chairs will enforce a strict time management policy to make sure that the oral session and the conference as a whole runs on time.
Your poster and its contents must be made in the A0 portrait (vertical) format. We do not accept posters in the landscape (horizontal) format.
We encourage poster presenters to be at their poster at all times during the poster session. This is to ensure that the poster session fosters dialogue between the presenter and the audience.
The right-hand example shows how your poster must look like.
You are able to order your poster print through our event agency Xtenso.
