Registration
The registration includes entrance to the conference (+winter school), lunch, coffee as well as a mingling event on Monday (for winter school participants) and Tuesday afternoon.
Participants will further have the option to participate in social event for an additional fee (prices coming soon).
Prices
Registration fee for winter school and conference together will be 1250 NOK (approximately 100 Euro) for students, 2000 NOK for other academic participants, and 3000 NOK for industry participants.
Registration fee for the conference only will be 1000 NOK (approximately 80 Euro) for students, 1750 NOK for other academic participants, and 2750 NOK for industry participants.
Note: After the 15th of December, a late registration fee of 250 NOK and 500 NOK applies for students and other participants, respectively. Registration will be closed 1 January 2024.
Accommodation
There is a limited number of hotel rooms available at a reduced price through the registration form (first come, first served).

Visit at "The Science Centre of Northern Norway" 08 January 2024
The science centre accommodates Norway’s largest planetarium where the northern lights never miss an appearance and no other natural phenomenon does better justice to being displayed in a 360° dome theater. Experience breathtaking extreme auroras every day, no matter what the weather conditions are like outside. Our northern lights planetarium show is a documentary and a stunning full-dome visual, featuring the aurora in science, history and myth.
We will serve finger food/tapas.

Discover Northern Lights at Fjellheisen 09 January 2024
The Cable Car runs from Solliveien in Tromsdalen up to the mountain ledge Storsteinen (421 m above sea level) in just four minutes. The two gondolas, known as "Seal" and "Polar bear", each have a capacity of 28 passengers. From the viewing platform at the upper station, you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Tromsø and the surrounding islands, mountains and fjords.
Experience the North-Norwegian winter with Aurora Borealis. (We hope!)
